Could Bowen Help Me?

Bowen Technique is a soft tissue remedial technique which involves the technician using fingers and thumbs to move muscle over ligament, tendons, fascia and targeted parts of the body. This technique aims to assist to help relieve everyday stresses and help also revitalise the whole person.

Each Bowen Technique session varies according to the particular issues the client presents. By focusing on the lower &  mid back and legs, the upper back, shoulders and neck, we aim to achieve a sense of wellbeing while helping relaxation, aiding sleep and helping to remove everyday stress and anxiety, which may make us feel under-par or prevent us function to our optimum.

We always recommend people discuss their health concerns with their General Practitioner. If having done so you

would like to consult a Bowen Technician / Practitioner, for further details of the technique.
